Many a dream has been made and broken here!
The Lights!  The cabs!  The Restaurants!!
and also the many people, all sizes, some racing 
to get home to their dinner!  Others just strolling 
enjoying the sights!!

Have you ever been to a Hockey Game at Madison Square 
Garden?  Oh, the garden is soo cold, the ice, the
music, the colors!  I will always remember the hockey
fights, while the organ is playing!  But wait, what
is the name of that song...?  So familiar, yet, can't
recall!!

The excitement upon leaving after the Rangers have
gone into overtime and won!! Looking for a restaurant
to go for a very late supper.  Wait, I remember, the
restaurant I mean, it's on 46th Street.... let me think
the name.... ahhh, The Vesuvius!!!  With red and white
checkered table cloths on the little round tables, just
right for two.  The bottle of red wine and italian bread.
And again the music!!!!  Don't think it's there any more
but it will always be here in my heart!!!! 

I even saw stars there!  The thrill of seeing them
and just looking!  Would never disturb their dinner.

Have you ever been here in the winter time?  When Christmas
is around the corner, the stores are decorated so beautifully.
With a santa claus on each corner.  The music... again!
Oh, to ride on a horse and buggy through Central Park!
Seeing the sights;  Lord & Taylors; Bloomingdales;
Macy's....!!!!  You walk or ride away thinking...
"There definitely is a Santa Claus!"  The Nativity
at St Patrick's Church.  Maybe some snow... just a
little to let us know, the beauty in it all!!!!

These mentioned above, are many, but there are loads
more, of the reasons why I will always remember the
City, not only in Winter, but Spring, Fall and Summer 
too!

The city....What city?   why...
